Behavioral Health

Through a partnership with River Edge Behavioral Health, we provide behavioral health care services on a part time basis. The integrated primary care and behavioral health program utilizes person-centered strategies that improve both the  health and psychological functioning of those with social, emotional and behavioral health issues.

Dental, Vision, and Specialty Physicians

Through our community partners, we work to provide referrals for dental, vision, specialty care, and diagnostic services; when ordered by our primary care providers.
